  • ^ Fuck, that's exactly what I'm worrying about. Used to do 30 milers with no issues at all, 2-3 times a week. Now I'm out for 15 and I start to feel my right knee. It might be just in my head, but I'm well careful these days. All I do now is 15 milers once a week, max, which is a good 85 miles left to do a century, which I really want to get done at some point
