I got a pair of Ergonova Pro's on my Cross bike and really liked them- I now have the same bars on my fixie skidder, and the Ergonova Ltd's on my road bike.
I think the way to do this is to pick the bars you get on with, then get the stem and seatpost to match.
This does however mean that (if I had paid retail) my stem, seatpost and bars would have cost more than my car (for the Ltd stuff).
