Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

I have seen the police signal to cyclists to dismount while on the pavement. The law is certainly there for a reason, if someone is a complete and utter cunt and thinks its OK to do 20+ mph on the pavement, they will then have the power to take action. I really can not stand people who can not differentiate between situations. cliveo gives me the impression he would lock up a 7 year old for cycling on the pavement.

'The beautiful girl' says that I have to have empathy with the other living souls on this planet so I do try to be respectful, polite & courteous in my occasional law breaking. Although I have to take deep breaths and count to ten and think of Jesus when people start wagging their self righteous fingers at me.
