has anyone on here tried intermittent fasting in conjunction with cycling?
Isn't this what the majority of hipsters do anyway? And skaters/BMXers too. Skip a proper breakfast, then spend day at school/working then ride their bike/skate, then perhaps get something small to nibble on at bedtime.
In case of the hipster type, I know they can go for a week without a real meal. And even that meal would be a joke.
