My biggest problem is time. Demanding job with long hours, and a fairly hectic social life. I'm currently hitting the gym when I can (interval rowing, some resistance work and then finished with squats/plank/dips on the vibro plate thing), 5s twice a week and cycling a bit. I'm trying to throw in press ups on nights off, and might try to make these daily (if I remember).
I'd say I'm pretty fit now, my strength is improving a lot, but with the continued presence of beer and wine in my diet, have hit a slight plateau and need to shake it up a bit in order to keep up the loss of that bit of fat I need to turn into muscle. Not looking to gain or anything, just get a bit leaner, and stronger.
Any suggestions? Or just work a bit harder in the gym.
