Ribble just took two weeks to deliver some bits to me as well. The bits were in stock the whole time, they just took that long to dispatch them.
They replied to me too, but obviously with a stock response after not reading my email, and I wasn't impressed. They reassured me that although they were having problems, 80% of their deliveries were still arriving with the 2-4 days they promise. As it was already a week and a half since ordering, this was no use to me.
I'll never use them again - there's no reason to as wiggle or CRC always deliver within a day or two and have much better customer service.
