^ took them 4 days to get me some parts after I paid for next day delivery at 9am on a monday. and only then after an email to customer services and a phone call on the wednesday to highlight they still hadn't bothered to pick the items even though they were all showing as in stock.
I'll use them again but will be lowering my expectations significantly in the future.
