Think I've got it, its down to the longer wheelbase and higher headtube position in relation to my current setup.
I've got a 150mm drop to the top of my bars which is giving me a lot of the saddle to bar distance I have and so makes up for the shorter top tube, plus the wheel base is totally different.
Will still need to go and check one out mind.
