^^^ they're not a SRAM copy but the old R100/R200 Tektro. Cane Creek now use that shape (and have upped the price). They're quite similar to Campag. Not to be confused with the Tektro R340. They're a different shape again.

This is correct.
The old Tektro ones were Campag copies IIRC, hence the quick release button. The R340 are too chunky for me but they're very solidly made and cheap.
The Tektro R100 / Condor ones are the Cane Creek SCR-5 (with a different texture on the hoods).
