No, I find them flexy and uncomfortable, and the socking great hole underneath where they've left the shift mechanism out is particularly unpleasant.
I favour Shimano R600 (and Dura-Ace 7402 on the fancy bike) but then I don't have the biggest hands, and I prefer the smaller shape.
The SRAMs also don't have return springs so you'll have to resolve that if you're running fixed with no rear brake.
