And yesterday his legal team missed the deadline for filing a response to the court in Texas by 2nd August because they fucked up the 14 day deadline and were given until midnight Friday instead of the extension till Monday they asked for.
And the UCI wrote back to USADA yesterday with a pretty desperate set of demands.
