The Richmond Park 3-Lap Challenge

I've had someone do that to me, given them a nice hand gesture as they came past in reply for they'd been beeping at me up the hill. He then proceeded to stop and proclaim to me what I'd done wrong while offering to take it even further outside.
Silly people.

Can't get much more 'outside' than Richmond Park.
