Anyone fancy doing Highgate > St Albans > Highgate (flask for beers) this Sunday? Route isn't set in stone. I usually go up through Barnett and then it's pretty much all country roads to St.A. Then its down the A5183/A5 back into London!

Route is about 50m.

I will be on fixed, just so you know. Leaving about 9am from Highgate Village.

had the perfect last minute ride today. this morning a colleague pointed out that if we could swing a half day leave that afternoon we could go to the men's TT. team leader obliged. we rode to kingston via RP and had front row view on kingston high street for the whole thing. beautiful weather, beautiful result. got to ride on the route roads straight afterwards. and then went and met Rowhan in the vicinity.

Good to see you mate - shame I couldn't duck out early for a pint. Think my legs were too shaky with excitement to go anywhere though to be honest.

Is anyone from the City area up for doing a ride in Richmond Park tomorrow (Friday)?

Here's the catch: I arrived here yesterday from Toronto and just got my road bike re-assembled. I'm staying near Monument tube station and I have no idea how to get to Richmond Park (no GPS on my bike). More importantly, I've never ridden on the left-hand side of the road and I would feel more comfortable getting there with other riders. So if someone wanted to ride there from City, I would be grateful for the help.

In the morning? I'm working the late shift this week so I'll be at work until midnight. I'd be up for a trip down there but I live in Tooting so it'd be a ~20 mile trip to come and pick you up.
