I just watched it again, it was a wave, not a mexican wave, a Wiggins wave. Years ago on my first 10 speed racer a cabby once shouted "who do you think you are, Eddy Merckx" now they will all genially shout "Oi Wiggo" at us, as they move over to let us pass.
