  • Ok, what cut of pork for pulled pork, was tempted by belly pork as its a mixture of fatty and meat for the perfect slow cooked pulled pork. Or tempting by shoulder what would you recommend.

    did a 7kg shoulder of pork on the weekend, defo go for bone in. 30 mins on high then 24hrs at 110degrees, wacked up to high for the last half hour to crisp up the crackling. Amazing, dirt cheap and super easy. get in.
