To be honest, your plant does look a bit tall and gangly. If it gets much higher it won't be easy to bring it indoors. This link talks about encouraging outward growth by clipping the top, not that I can vouch for the advice: http://www.gardenguides.com/77978-grow-coffee-indoors.html
