Hmm. You weren't focussed enough on your running form/breathing/route if you noticed all that :-).
Pitiful running session last week so this week I've done slightly better even though I missed the club sessions. A short run on Monday and a 6 mile run to work yesterday morning. If tonight's drinks don't happen I might actually do hills instead!
