^ this is ridiculous! No-one is ever excluded from playing.
Not everyone lives or works in the centre of London, and usually when a tag goes a bit further out, it's both closer to someone who doesn't usually get to tag, and also quite an interesting location.
You're all just addicted and spoiled!
