Can you help to identify these frames, bikes or parts?

Hi,
Looking at picking up a cheap peugeot frame for a build project. Wondering if anyone can help with the serial the seller has provided

he has given me this

Hi
Y207 02135 stamped on rear dropout
2534934 on top line of paper label
T10 bottom left
80 bottom right
The 2 long numbers I can read off pretty clearly.
The 2 short numbers on the paper label, not so much so don't hold them to be gospel.
If you can identify it, please let me know.
I would say it was carbolite.

My understanding is that from 1979 they started a system of year/month and then model no?

So maybe it's 1981 July...

any ideas of extracting any more info from model no or serial as to what frame actually is
