Cav said the best way to get the jump was just as they come round the last corner, before the rivals get there. Wiggo and Boassen Hagen did the job and gave it the beans just as they hit it, and the competition had to work so hard to catch up to the Sky lead out that the sprinters where too knackered to catch him.
