I couldn't give a fuck about this bloke and he can take as many photos of me as he wants. The missus gets real annoyed though so if I can wind this fat fuck up somehow so he leaves us alone that'd be sweet.

Complain to the lettings agent (in writing) that he's taking photo's of your missus.
