basically we didn't know what we were letting ourselves in for but a tv company said they were after a keen cyclist who would be willing to go on a paid trip to the alps.

fair enough he got picked but some of the scenes were shameful, like crying on the phone? wtf was that about?!

i'm sure any number of us could have carried it off twice as well as fucking dan
