Been a lazy man the last week so went out for a long run today, felt great so decided to carry on. Didn't have breakfast before so had to give up before my legs wanted, felt the energy drop very quickly by the end. Anyway, I was a happy man as a broke my distance record with 1km by doing 11km's. Or so I thought... came home and google mapped it... 10.3km... bah! longest ever, by 300m, not bad, but 1km would be better.
So, re-fuelling whilst running. What's good? gels? Mars bars? bananas?
