"At Rourkes, they favour what is widely recognised as the strongest way to attach the seatstays, whereby they are mitred to wrap right around the seat cluster and rejoin above it.

This quote I was referring to was from some free book I got called "It's all about the bike" I believe there was a BBC programme also
