If Froome leads into a grand tour, I think the composition of the squad will be different as he wouldn't need as many climbers around him to haul him up the hill at a certain pace a'la Wiggins.

I'm not convinced Froome deserves such a strong reputation just yet.

One good stage win, and one burst of acceleration when Wiggins had just turned himself inside out to bridge to Nibali (and it looked like Froome had almost cracked).

Anyone would think he was capable of riding over multiple summits solo taking five minutes out of the bunch a la Merckx the way people are talking about him.
