That is the thing, I don't want handwriting recognition, I just want to be able to write on it like a normal note pad.
That's much easier- just hit "note icon" with the dibber, and away you go.
It's a great bit of kit, albeit as a second device- mine lives in my bag, with calls diverting to my iPhone.
I use the Note for browsing, email, web etc and as an access point when needed.
