Been working on varying my training this week, so doing to longer 10k runs at roughly 5min ks, one tempo 5k at about 3.50 min ks and then one interval session.
All with a view to being able to consistently running a sub 40 minute 10k in time for september olympic tri debut. Muststart training for the other discipline :s
