Just bought some Sugino Grand Mightys with an S-Cubic chainring. HHSB is a cruel mistress. Slavery is expensive. Although I think I got quite a good deal.

^ I know what you mean, but still, nice job with the Grand Mightys!
I'm debating a set of Sugino 75s or Omniums at the mo, as I fancy a change and might possibly have something else in mind for the DA cranks in the near(ish) future, but really can't decide

I would've probably gone for Omniums if I didn't have the 75 BB installed on the frame when I bought it. However, I'm a sucker for Japanese stuff and under £200 with shipping from Japan was too tempting.

There anymore pics of that dude?
came off his instagram so I guess they got a new color or two coming out

See I've found both the Sugino 75s and the Omnium cranks for around £150-160, but the Omniums also come with 48t chainring and BB, whereas the Suginos don't.

Are the new cranks ISO taper?
-

Aren't all Sugino NJS models ISO? Sheldon says, yes.

thesadr, do you know the meaning of recursion?

Yeah and the Grand Mightys I've just got are usually available for £200-250 and the Cubic chainrings are £40 and up.
I wanted to spend less, but the chance to go extra salve for a few more dollar was too good to refuse.

See, the BB I've got would fit the Sugino cranks, and I can use the chainrings I have for now as I'll need to get a higher gear in a bit anyway, so could get 75 or Mighty chainring to fit the 75 cranks then.
The money issue isn't a problem as they both work out about the same... t'is just that omnium cranks would fit the frame very well, especially in black, but suginos look good on just about anything... bugger.
