Thanks mate, I did this with my beater, but don't want to risk any damage or stress to this frame
Sheldon says going one size up (or down) shouldn't cause any problems, but I'm still a bit nervous....
Also, if I run a 9 speed group with 7 speed cassette, won't the limit screws lock out 2 of the shifter 'clicks'?
