Sumo rode it before me and then I rode it. You will struggle to find decent 1" forks with that size steerer - they just tend to have mostly been cut down by now.
Luckily I picked up a set of Easton EC 90sls from Pistoffski with 272mm of steerer - my bike has a long headtube. Toby.d went for brand new Wound Ups who still make 1" forks..
