Tifosi still make a 1" carbon forks with eyelets. It fits a 28c tyre too I think. I wouldn't buy used carbon forks from eBay and surprised anyone does.

I am sure buying new is a better guarantee and faster, but I got my carbon fork NOS, I agree I would be a little nervous buying used carbon.
