None of those things I consider a real decision changer personally. I doubt I'll ever change the battery, I doubt I'll ever pop the SD card out (although the face that it can't be mounted as a USB mass storage device and instead you have to use MTP is really fucking annoying. I can see why they do it, but it pisses me off something chronic).
The pentile screen.. well, I think I can see why people don't like it but TBH it's a good screen.
Happy with my S3 so far. Don't regret the choice.
