Can someone suggest a decent set of tri-specific (or full body) circuit training exercises?
It's a long time since I've done circuits (5 years) but I'm abroad at the moment with very little opportunity to run and I want to keep things ticking over. I guess I'll probably arrange things into a 30-60 minute circuit or split it into 2 circuits that I can alternate. Exercises can't be anything too extravagant and need to be doable with no aids in cramped hotel rooms.

I'm thinking:
Press ups,
Sit ups,
squats,
burpees,
bicycle crunches,
tricep dips (where possible),
errr... anything else
