*I *doubt that you will need a 54.5cm. 53cm sounds in the right ballpark. The advantage with that is it has a normal seat post so there's some flexibly for you to get an inline or one with more layback if you need it.
Never be tempted to go for a bike that's too big. Especially if you're paying for a new bike.
