Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

I keep being called out for other cyclists by the people in my office- apparently as I ride a bike I represent all other cyclists.

So- everyone else, please stop being annoying, as this is spoiling my morning cup of tea.

I was confidently informed only yesterday by an ex-colleague that I was going to "lose a limb cutting all those red lights". I don't RLJ in any case but the most galling thing about it is that he doesn't even work here anymore and we were never friendly to begin with.
