Drop them an enquiring email, ask a few questions and see what comes back - Any level of intelligence, then maybe a win. Total guff, delete and move on.
Worth noting though, you will get stung for import duty - Check HMRC for what you'd have to pay.

There is a Taiwanese trader also selling Cinelli frames - cheap but you'll get import duty I would think.

current sale ended, but they seem to have a running trade on Cinellis.
