Regarding those ebay wheels... Sun make lots of rims that are OEM and they're alright.
I couldn't see hub details in that ebay listing. If they are indeed Quando then I wouldn't buy them. The ones I've used I didn't keep long enough to break. They had play in them (from new) and the freehub felt like it had about 4 engagement points. Total POC.
