Did 10k this morning in a smidge over an hour. Stretched out my knees after 10 mins, and did a good 20 mins stretching once I finished. They feel a lot better than they have done. I also stuck to the grass as much as possible and I'm sure that helped too. Be interesting to see how they feel in the morning.
