Just find the lowest point of the engine and there will be a threaded bolt (sump plug.) Unscrew it carefully and drain a bit out into a pan (or similar.)
No gasket or O rings normally, just be careful not to torque it up too tight when you pop it back in.
Do check your airbox - bikes have had crankcase breathers that vent there forever. If they fill up with oil, they really don't work very well.
