Sorry to hear that. I hadd my bike stolen from the same place a couple of years ago whilst I was having a swimming. I think there is a group of c***'s that focus on that patch despite the apparent deterrent that the CCTV provides!
When it happened to me both the local police and leisure centre management (who are always crap) were both useless and told me the CCTV wasn't conclusive as the assailants were hooded!
I hope it's a different story with you and you get them both back.
