I have a similar issue with one of the sprockets in the center of my 11-25 11-speed cassette. My thinking is its mainly down to the one piece alu cassette, and that I need to adjust the fore-aft position screw on the mech, if I'm to have any chance of sorting it. Its currently set up via the standard (I assume) indexing technique...
Align indexing while in second smallest sprocket.
Adjust fore-aft to narrowly clear the biggest sprocket.
I'm going to try moving the rear mech further from the cassette.
I hate this indexing stuff, I'm shite at it. If only there was a type of bike without all this gears and free-wheels mallarkey.
Defo worth playing with the fore-aft screw (probably has a better name).
