I doubt Tilke will be involved much. I heard this morning on R4 that it's been proposed that it will take in locations such as The Mall and Trafalgar Sq. so another street circuit. My guess is that LH and JB will be involved with exactly what route around the city it will take.
Funny thing is the Bernie has said he'll pay for it, unlike usually asking the venue to pay him countless millions to host it.
Sounds like a plan.
