I'd be stoked if I saw 15st on the scales again. How tall are you and frame small/medium/large?
It's a great feeling isn't it to dip down into the next whole number even if it's in the upper reaches. I dipped down into 17st at 17st 13lbs yesterday. It's the first time I've been 17st something for a good 3 to 4 years.
