All I really did was stop drinking (sorry Norths and Easts) and eat more homemade food.
Both were essentially a consequence of getting married.
Oh, and my commute went up from 6 miles to 11 and became much more aerobic with longer, faster sections.
I've never had a protein shake in my life, I have no idea what my vo2max or body fat % is and I don't really do any exercise apart from the ride to work and back.
I hovered at 75kg for a good month or so, but now it's beginning to drop a bit more. The discovery of Strava will probably knock a few more kg off.
Around 65kg is my hand-wavy target - the belly & moobs should be gone by then.
