I cannot leave work until half five sadly, will try to make it out to the Bexley 10 tonight.

Can someone recommend the fastest route to safely cycle out there?
Also, whilst I'm asking for stuff- I have no helmet, can someone lend me one (I take a medium Specialised) for the event, as I presume a lid is mandatory?
(I did the crash replacement thing in Condor yesterday, but they had to order the replacement in).
