Whilst you may lose out a bit in terms of flange spacing/wheel dish, there's no reason you can't use disc-compatible hubs with rim brakes.
As in the size of axle the dropout is cut for? Why would they be 14mm?
I assumed that they would be 14mm as they are horizontal. I have asked Alejandro what size the drop outs would be. If I can swap for a solid axle and use track nuts that would seem to be the best option. Is that possible?
im not sure i see the problem you have with 135? any hub you buy will have a way of converting to a solid axel. you can run v brakes with disc hubs?
