But ye, 50 euro's isn't much. And I really like the 'luggs' and the rearstay. Will look for a normal seatpost instead of this "fun arrow" cheap ebay post.
A normal black flite orso and some normal black tyres. Then it's finished and I'll use it as my roadbike. -

A question about my Cadex bike; it had a 27.2 seatpost in it, and when I pulled it out it was badly scratched. This black one is a 27.0 but fitst perfectly. I assume that the frame takes 27.0. Does anyone know anything about these frames?

Dodgy welding around the seat clamp?

not too shabby (could've taken the pic with other saddle already. not this abomination)
Selle Italia Max Flite, as in the picture, aren't shite. Fine saddles indeed.
Excellent score nutsjesmoar!
Dunno about the diameter but I wouldn't want to risk putting too much tension in that lug with a wrongly sized seatpost.... so yeah important to find out what size it takes :P

Well the saddle is fine, but it doesn't look that good. It'll do for a while. And I've got a Flite on my fixed.
And I hope there wasn't to much tension on the luggs all that time.

What do you mean?
I have come across frames before with a lil bit sticking out of the seat clamp area, i'm guessing from dodgy welding, a few minutes with a file usually sorts it out
seat post might of come from another frame though...

You know what frame I'm talking about don't you? There is no such thing as welding on this Cadex frame, it's glued I believe.

What ever happened to that cracked Olmo frame Crows bought? Did it get a repair?

Is there a set standard of length on the crank bolts for older pista chainsets?

it made of cheese, but doesn't mean it's weak, it just mean you'll need to be careful with the chainwhip.
Indeed, I had a formula lockring for my entire fixed wheel 'period' of 2-3 years. They are the weakest of all but I had no problems.
