frame was shockingly cheap because some fool tried to touch up the bb shell with what looks like dulux emulsion. ruined.

yeah and what are the bars? you dont run into many non OS ergo drops.

My regular rat, need to get some anti-rust and re varnish the stays at the rear, they're getting a bit rusty, and the rear wheel is being replaced with one more similar to the front (Same hub+rim), that one really is a blight.

As I've read on here before, you can't build a rat bike.
