The material censored by the Communist Party of China might be available to people outside of china, but it is not available to the chinese people. It would qualify as censorship if lfgss was the sole means by which these images can be viewed by the intended audience. Fundamentally, Velocio is not stopping people from viewing these images, only preventing them from being directly displayed here.
