As I have already said the variables in F1 are too great to really tell who is the fastest driver, the fact that he has scored 2 poles from 8 races so far this season would certainly imply he is up there and he has been consistently scoring points but I see no evidence that he is the fastest. If you could point me to an interview where another top flight driver acknowledges that Lewis Hamilton is faster than them/the fastest driver on the grid I would be surprised.
